Bolivia's first free online constitutional encyclopedia, built in collaboration with former President Eduardo Rodriguez Veltze and an interdisciplinary research team.
My first major project after graduating from university (2011-2013). In collaboration with an interdisciplinary group in political science and constitutional law, led by former President of Bolivia Dr. Eduardo Rodriguez Veltze, I supported the research and publication of the first free online web encyclopedia of the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia — econstitucional.com.
The project was developed at the Vice Presidency Office in La Paz, Bolivia. It required implementing a simple interface for researchers to publish content, with strict guidelines for data storage and web delivery. This project later served as my Systems Engineering degree thesis and was revived in 2026 as an AI-powered constitutional assistant.
