As part of the MSIT program at Innopolis University (2017-2018), I contributed to a research project at Acronis focused on Disaster Recovery Solutions, exploring innovative approaches to mitigate data loss in unforeseen circumstances.

Collaborated with a team of Innopolis University peers to research the emerging concept of "Data Resilience." Gained full access to Acronis facilities in Innopolis for comprehensive research. Contributed to a published paper for Innopolis University showcasing our findings.

Conducted extensive testing on virtual machines to evaluate the efficacy of various Disaster Recovery approaches. Used IDA Disassembler for deep analysis of binaries and applications. Worked closely with the Volume Shadow Copy Service, exploring its potential as a disaster recovery tool. Participated in Acronis-sponsored courses on understanding the Windows Kernel and implementing reverse engineering techniques.

The paper was presented to director Nikolay Grebennikov at the Acronis Moscow offices to great reception.
